Research fellow, Dipartimento di Studi Storici, University of Torino, and Assistant Professor in “History of Christianity” and “History of Religions”. She has published monographs and many articles on ascetic practices and contemporary religious pluralism.
Since 2010 I have studied some concrete practices linked to religious pluralism and in particular I am interested in use and consume of food in different religions since it is a typical characteristic of each cultural and religious community with economical, political, social consequences.
