Loic Sorin

Loic Sorin is a professional trainer, specialized in the different sectors of catering and hospitality businesses in the training center based in Britany (Ploufragan). In 2007 he has participated to the launch of the first “Cité du Goût & des Saveurs” (City of taste and flavours) in the county Chamber of craft of the Armor Coast (Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat des Côtes d’Armor), created to support and also promotes small and medium-sized artisanal food production businesses, with adapted  marketing strategies.
